2026 Kirby Derby T-Shirt Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for supporting Kirby Derby!
All 2026 Kirby Derby T-shirts are available by pre-order only and are printed based on the number of orders received. Orders will be available for pickup in Raleigh, NC prior to August 22, 2026 (Kirby Derby Day). Customers will be notified when pickup begins.
Because each shirt is produced specifically for this event, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you need to cancel your order, refunds will be issued for requests received before August 5, 2026. Any request after that will be too late. Proof of purchase is required. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
In order to issue a refund prior to August 5, please have your confirmation number, specific item you are requesting to be refunded and best contact. Email this information to beth@lyfcompany.com with subject line: Kirby Derby T-shirt Refund Request.
In the unlikely event that the shirts are not available for pickup prior to August 22, 2026, customers may request a full refund.
